Oxigen medicinal comprimat in butelii 50 litri(10nmc), transport in sarcina furnizorului la sectiile Spitalului Clinic de Pneumoftiziologie Iasi: str Dr I Cihac, nr. 30,Iasi. str Spital Pascanu, nr. 11, Iasi Complex TUdor Vladimirescu, Iasi Sos Bucium, nr. 102. Buteliile (propritatea furnizorului) sunt puse la dispozitia Spitalului pentru un termen de gratie de 60 zile. Pentru buteliile nereturnate in termen de 60 zile se percepe chiria de 1 leu pe zi pentru fiecare butelie nereturnata.
