INTEGRAL SYSTEM ENTEROBACTERIA este un sistem de 24 de godeuri ce contin substraturi biochimice si antibiotice deshidratate pentru identificarea biochimica si testarea sensibilitatii la antibiotice a enterobacteriaceelor. Sistemul este inoculat cu o suspensie bacteriana continand micro-organismul cercetat si apoi incubat timp de 18-24 de ore la temperatura de 36 °C ± 1°C. Testele de identificare biochimica si testarea sensibilitatii la antibiotice sunt interpretate prin citirea culorilor diferitelor godeuri.Un kit contine:- 20 de sisteme INTEGRAL SYSTEM ENTEROBACTERIA- 20 de discuri de oxidaza- 20 de fiole de mediu pentru suspensie (7.0 ml/fiola)- 1 foaie cu instructiuni
