ART. 7 DIN LEGII 98/2016 SI ART.43 DIN H.G.395/2016.; - 88 porturi/luna = 792 porturi/9luni;Service orice tip de centrala telefonica. Pretul este pe port/luna si cuprinde linii telefonice complet echipate tip centrala NEC/IPC. Reparatii si intretinere pentru 88 porturi (retea +telefon+partea aferenta din centrala telefonica de interior). Pretul reprezinta valoarea abonamentului lunar fara TVA; se are in vedere posibilitatea incheierii unui contract pana la finele anului 2017, conform legislatiei si in functie de disponibilitatile bugetare.
