Compozitie: g/lPeptona peptica 10,00Dextroza 5,00Bila 20,00Fosfat disodic 6,45Fosfat monopotasic 2,00Verde briliant 0,0135pH = 7,2 ± 0,2Prezentare: Flacoane cu 500g mediu deshidratat.Mod de preparare:Se suspenda 43,5g mediu deshidratat in 800 ml apa distilata. Amestecul se incalzeste pana la dizolvarea completã a ingredientelor. Se verifica pH-ul si, daca este cazul, se ajusteaza la valoarea 7,2 ± 0,2 folosind o solutie NaOH 10% sau HCl 10%.Se completeazã volumul lichidului la 1000 ml si se repartizeazã in flacoane sau în tuburi, care se fierb pe baie de apa timp de 30 minute. Nu se autoclave
