Spitalul Judetean Giurgiu, in calitate de Autoritate Contractanta, doreste sa achizitioneze servicii de consultanta in domeniul achizitiilor publice -servicii auxiliare, conform Legii nr 98/2016, in vederea desfasurarii in conditii optime si la un nivel de expertiza ridicat al activitatii derulate de compartimentul de specialitate din cadrul institutiei.Serviciile necesare vor consta printre altele in:ACTUALIZARI STRATEGIE ANUALA DE ACHIZITII PUBLICE,-elaborare documentatii de atribuire pe baza de nota de comanda -URCARE DOCUMENTATII IN SEAP INCLUSIV ACTUALIZARI IN FUNCTIE DE OBSERVATII ANAP si PUBLICARE ANUNT/INVITATIE DE PARTICIPARE -EVALUARE OFERTE PRIN ELABORARE INSTRUMENTE DE LUCRU SI ASIGURARE EXPERTI COOPTATI,INCLUSIV ASISTENTA TEHNICA IN ELABORARE RASPUNSURI LA CONTESTATII-ANALIZA OPORTUNITATE SI LEGALITATE PROCEDURI DE ACHIZITII PUBLICE REALIZATE ANTERIOR,ASISTENTA TEHNICA IN PROCESUL DE DERULARE A UNUI CONTRACT - ASISTENTA TEHNICA IN PROCESUL DE DEFINITARE PROCEDURI INTERNE DE DERULARE A ACHIZITIILOR PUBLICE/ A UNUI CONTRACT In vederea elaborarii ofertei, va rugam sa solicitati punerea la dispozitie a caietului de sarcini la adresa de email: [email protected] sau [email protected]
