Servicii de intretinere lunara ascensor targa si persoane hidraulic 1600 kg si ascensor electromecanic de materiale 100 kg, la pretul de 500.00 lei/luna, si valoarea estimata a pieselor de schimb la pretul de 100.00 lei/luna. Cu autorizare conform PT ISCIR R2/2010. Piesele de schimb se vor comanda functie de necesitati/defectiuni factura separat in baza unui deviz antecalculat semnat de ambele parti.Contractul de prestari servicii se incheie pentru perioada mai 2017-31.12.2017 (8 luni x 600,00 lei/luna) si se poate prelungi pana la 30.04.2018, pentru perioada de prelungire (01.01.2018-30.04.2018) estimarea este de 600,00 lei fara TVA/luna x 4 luni, functie de bugetul alocat cu aceasta destinatie.
