Firma va asigura prezenta zilnica (in zilele lucratoare) a unui specialist la sediul beneficiarului, intre orele 9-13. Daca pentru reparatie sunt necesare piese de schimb, acestea se vor factura separat, dupa obtinerea acordului prealabil al beneficiarului.
