1.Compozitie:Bulion selenit solutie I contine: selenit acid de sodiu (p.a.) 20 g/l pH = 5,4-6,2.Bulion selenit solutie II contine: peptona pancreatica 32 g/l fosfat disodic (p.a.) 4 g/l fosfat monosodic (p.a.) 2,5 g/llactoza (p.a.) 6,1g/l dizolvate în apa la pH = 7,0 ± 0,2. 2.Prezentare :Tubx7ml mediu turnat.3.Mod de utilizare:În momentul folosirii se repartizeaza în tuburi câte 8 ml solutie II si 2 ml solutie I (în cazul când livrarea se face în flacoane de 800 ml si 200 ml, ambalate separat).
