ACEASTA ACHIZITIE DIRECTA TINE LOC DE COMANDA TRIMISA PRIN FAX, cf. SOLICITARILOR DIN REFERATUL APROBAT cu Nr.inreg.6524/18.10.2017. Achizitia se poate realiza pe baza de document justificativ, respectiv factura, Art.7, alin(5) din L.98/2016 si Art.43, alin (2)si(4) din HG 395/2016. Produsele sa aiba valabilitate cel putin 6 luni din momentul livrarii, iar medicamentele care urmeaza a fi livrate vor respecta în totalitate caracteristicile tehnice si modul de prezentare specificat cf detaliilor si descrierii din oferta.
