Contine anticorpi la IgG si la complementul C3(C3d).Cu testul Direct Antiglobulin -Test (DAT) detectia anticorpilor legati si/sau a complementului este posibila, in contrast cu metoda Indirect Antiglobulin- Test (IAT) ce detecteaza imunoglobulinele legate si/sau complementul in vitro (aplicatie pe testele reactive Coombs, cross match, screening anticorpi).Aglutinarea eritrocitelor sensibilizate de catre serul respectiv AHG fie in DAT sau in IAT defineste respectivul tip de imunoglobuline sau componenta de complement.Lipsa aglutinarii arata lipsa anticorpilor de acoperire a eritrocitelorCertificari: ISO, CE, Certificat de Analiza / lot
