Se accepta numai orez de calitatea I . Orez cu bob mare , bob rotund , alb , sa nu contina spartura si nici impuritati de nici un fel. Ambalat in pungi de 1 kg. Sa aiba gust placut dulceag, miros specific,sa nu prezinte nici un semn de infestare cu daunatori, culoarea alb si umiditate de maxim 15.5%, bobul sa fie intreg, rotund (nu cu bob ascutit). Termenul de valabilitate : conform reglementarilor legale in vigoare, dar nu mai mic de 6 luni in momentul livrarii.
