La primirea reactivului TPHA, pentru a evita uscarea eritrocitelor pe dopul flacoanelor, agitati flacoanele cu eritrocite - atat celulele test, cat si cele de contro - pana la omogenizarea completa. Apoi trusa se va pastra la frigider in pozitie verticala. Testul TPHA se lucreaza numai in placa cu godeuri cu fund in forma de U (ca cea furnizata impreuna cu trusa).
