Compozitie:Peptona peptica din carne 15 gExtract de carne 3 gExtract de drojdie 3 gTiosulfat de sodiu 1 gLactoza 15 gCristal viole 0,005 gAlbastru de bromtimol 0,08gAgar-agar 12 gApa distilata ad 1000 ml pH=7,4±0,2 2.Prezentare : Flacon sticla bruna cu 250 ml sau 800 ml mediu lichid. 3.Principiu si interpretare: Mediu este utilizat pentru diferentierea enterobacteriilor,recomandandu-se pentru repicarea de colonii izolate de pe medii selective(indeosebi E.coli enteropatogen) si la efectuarea de uroculturi prin metoda dilutiilor. 4.Recomandari de pastrare: Flacoanele cu mediu se pastreaza la temperaturi sub 30°C. 5.Valabilitate: 12 luni, in limita termenului inscris pe eticheta si in conditii corespunzatoare de pastrare
