Principiu si interpretare: Mediul este utilizat pentru cultivarea unei mari varietati de microorganisme, precum si pentru numararea bacteriilor termofile responsabile de alterarea conservelor. Dupã însãmântarea mediului cu proba de cercetat, acesta se incubeazã timp de 18-48 h la 35 - 370C. Rezultate: Germeni (ATCC) Dezvoltare Staphylococcus aureus (25923) abundentã Escherichia coli (25922) abundentã Pseudomonas aeruginosa (27853) abundentã Streptococcus pyogenes (19615) abundentã Valabilitate: 24 luni in linita termenului inscris pe eticheta.
