Cantitatea 7 reprezinta 7 luni contractuale perioada iunie-decembrie 2018 Servicii lunare de asistenta si suport pentru modul CONTABILITATE BUGETARA din cadrul pachetului APLxPERT dupa cum urmeaza: - Modulul de Contabilitate Bugetara APLxPERT inclusiv FOREXEBUG Serviciile prestate sunt urmatoarel a) Interventie remote rapida direct pe serverul beneficiarului si remedierea eventualelor disfunctionalitati. b) Interventia se face pe baza cererilor sosite prin e-mail la adresa [email protected], cu timpul de reactie de max. 2 ore de la preluarea cererii între orele 8 -17. c) linie de Suport Central(Hotline: 0269/230039)
