Servicii aferente perioadei 08.01.2019-31.01.2019 Servicii de asistenta si suport pentru modulele SALARII din cadrul pachetului APLxPERT, SERVICIUL SALVARE DE DATE PENTRU PACHETUL APLXPERT dupa cum urmeaza : -Modulul SALARII APLxPERT -SERVICIUL SALVARE DE DATE PENTRU PACHETUL APLXPERT Serviciile prestate sunt urmatoarele: a) Interventie remote rapida direct pe serverul beneficiarului si remedierea eventualelor disfunctionalitati. b) Interventia se face pe baza cererilor sosite prin e-mail la adresa [email protected], cu timpul de reactie de max. 2 ore de la preluarea cererii între orele 8 -17. c) linie de Suport Central(Hotline: 0269/230039)
