Continut: 120 mL Set de reactivi utilizat la determinarea cinetica a activitatii alanin-aminotransferazei (ALT) din ser bazat pe recomandarile IFCC. ALT se gaseste în citosolul celulelor, este o enzima solubila nespecifica din tesuturi. ALT catalizeaza transferul gruparii amino în timpul transformarii aminoacizilor si alfa-cetoacizilor. Acest proces este activat de piridoxal fosfat. Enzima din ser provine în principal din ficat ?i rinichi. Activitatea enzimei serice creste în diverse boli hepatice, inclusiv hepatita.
