Efectuare măsurători dimensiuni spațiu și elaborare documentație în vederea obţinerii Autorizaţiei de tip Utilizare pentru instalaţia radiologică tip CT model Somatom Emotion Duo (1 buc.), conform conditii comerciale din oferta nr. 371 IS data 29.01.2019. Taxele si tarifele legale percepute pentru obținerea autorizatiilor eliberate de C.N.C.A.N. nu fac obiectul prezentei oferte. Ele se vor achita separat de beneficiar iar documentul dovada a platii reprezinta piesa a dosarului depus. Prestarea serviciilor se face în baza unui document de tip: - contract semnat de ambele părţi, sau - comandă scrisă fermă, emisă şi semnată de beneficiar.
