Pretul este de 380 lei/luna, fara TVA. Prestari servicii de intretinere tehnica si service CENTRALE TERMICE - abur medie si joasa presiune, apa calda menajera. Activitatea de intretinere tehnica se desfasoara sub forma reviziilor periodice executate de prestator. Activitatea de service are ca scop remedierea de catre prestator a defectiunilor accidentale si imprevizibile, se desfasoara in functie de constatarile reviziilor periodice sau la solicitarea achizitorului, in urma constatarii unei functionari defectuoase a aparaturii. Piesele ce necesita a fi inlocuite sunt achizitionate in urma unei comenzi date de beneficiar, costul acestor piese se suporta de beneficiar CAZAN -CFT /1 BUC ;1 BUC CAZAN CIAB;PREZENTA TINE LOC DE COMANDA FERMA
