Kemtrol Serum Control ,impachetare flacon 2ml.Producator Helena BioSciences Europe: -Ser de control calitativ si/sau cantitativ pentru electroforeza proteinelor serice pe acetat de celuloza si gel de agaroza. Valorile de control furnizate sunt determinate pe numere de lot, si sunt clasificate in functie de metoda. Valoarea furnizata pentru proteine totale este determinata prin metoda Biuret, astfel, avand in vedere variatiile de tehnica si metodologie, se recomanda ca fiecare laborator sa foloseasca propriul sistem pentru a determinarea valorile de proteine totale. -Materialul de control este de natura umana, fiind furnizat in forma liofilizata, si trebuie reconstituit cu un volum de 2 ml de apa distilata/deionizata. -Stabilitatea dupa reconstituire este de 5 zile la o temperature de 2-6°C, iar la - 20°C, portionat, este stabil 30 zile. Dupa dezghetare, materialul de control nu mai poate fi din nou congelat.
