Chirie Gaze Speciale - Butelie AZOT PUR si Butelie AER SINTETIC, Acordul Cadru se va incheia pentru o perioada de 4 ani, cu un pret pe zi de 1,2 lei pentru ambele Butelii. Contractele Subsecvente se vor incheia in functie de bugetul aprobat al Institutiei. Cantitatea achizitionata reprezinta numarul de zile maxim pentru o perioada de 4 ani, 365x 4 = 1460 zile Plata chiriei se va face lunar in functie de facturile emise. La cantitatea facturata se va tine cont de numarul de zile ale fiecarei luni calendaristice ( ex luna ianuarie = 31 zile x 1.2/ zi = 37.2 lei; Februarie 28 zile x 1.2/zi = 33.6 lei) Prezenta tine loc de comanda ferma
