Aceasta achizitie tine loc de comanda trimisa prin fax, conf. solicitarilor din referatul de necesitate aprobat cu nr.7541/19.11.2019 si 1013/14.02.2019. Achizitia se poate realiza pe baza de document justificativ, respectiv facture, cf. art. 7 din L.98/2016 si art. 43 din HG 395/2016.; Firma de curatenie, oferim servicii pentru orice tip de spatiu, la preturi avantajoase! In urma atribuirii prin SICAP, se va elabora un contract de achizitie, cu clauze obligatorii, specifice serviciului cerut - prestari servicii perioada iunie - decembrie 2019. Facturarea se va efectua strict pe orele prestate pe teren (aproximativ 60ore/luna=360ore/6luni).
