Aceasta achizitie tine loc de comanda trimisa prin fax. Achizitia se poate realiza pe baza de document justificativ, respectiv factura, cf. art. 7 din L.98/2016 si art. 43 din HG 395/2016. ( cf necesitatilor aprobate - este absolut necesar a se achizitiona de 500 ml, deoarece de 250 ml nu se gasesc de cateva luni).
