Standard lichid primar Glucoza/uree/creatinina standard. Glucoza 100 mg/dl,ureea 50 mg/dl, creatinina 2 ECHIPAMENT ADITIONAL •Analizor, spectrofotometru sau fotometru cu filtru de 500±20 nm., si cuva termostatabila la 37°C. •Baie termostata la 37 oC PROBA Ser, plasma sau urina, recoltate prin proceduri standard. CARACTERISTICI METROLOGICE •Limita de detectie: 0.03 mg/dl = 2.65 µmol/l creatinina •Limita linearitatii: 20 mg/dl = 1768 µmol/l creatinina. Pentru valori mai mari diluati proba1/2 cu apa distilata si repetati masurarea •Repetabilitate ( in cadrul unei serii de masurari) Concentratie medie CV n 1.7 mg/dl=150 µmol/l 2.9% 20 5.3mg/dl = 468 µmol/l 1.3% 20 •Reproductibilitate( de la o serie de masurari la alta).
