In urma CONSTATARII LA CERERE a echipamentelor profesionale a rezultat urmatoarele piese defecte si componente care trebuiesc inlocuite pentru buna functionare a utilajelor .
Locatia : SPITALUL DE PSIHIATRIE ELISAVETA DOAMNA GALATI
Echipament : 1. CUPTOR MARE (fata geam)
2. CUPTOR MARE (fata ghiseu)
3. OCHI ARAGAZ (fata ghiseu)
4.CUPTOR MARE (capat marmita)
Componente / piese defecte :
1*Regulator termostatat gaz SIT 340 grade = 2 buc
2*Ansamblu flacara pilot cu diuza 3 c = 4 buc
