Aceasta forma de pregatire se organizeaza in baza art. 8 din Legea 182/2002 privind protectia informatiilor clasificate si art. 31 lit. i, din HG 585/2002 pentru aprobarea Standardelor nationale de protectie a informatiilor clasificate in Romania.
