Profilaxia imediată a crizelor mai ales în angina de efort fizic sau stres psihic identificate anterior ca factori care pot provoca o criză ;
Tratament adjuvant în cazurile acute de insuficienţă cardiacă stângă (astm cardiac);
Prevenirea spasmului coronarian indus de cateterismul cardiac în timpul coronarografiei.
Valabilitate: minim 18 luni.
