Pachetul de service contine: diagnosticare, reparatie, depanare la cerere , mentenanta echipamente din parcul beneficiarului la cerere. Pentru orice operatiune de service beneficiati de garantie atat pentru componentele inlocuite cat si pentru componentele reparate si serviciile aferente. Timpul de respuns este de 2-8 ore de la sesizare. Piesele inlocuite se factureaza separat de valoarea contractului de service ,dupa obtinerea acordului beneficiarului Act additional la contractul SB-3272/25.04.2019
