PLASA CHIRURGICALA PENTRU EVENTRATIE DIN POLIPROPILENA, SUBTIRE, CU SUPRAFATA MACROPORE A PORILOR, REZISTENTA LA RUPERE, PRODUS IN POLONIA, STERILIZAT CU EO, AMBALAJ DUBLU MARCAJ CE DISPONIBILE IN MAI MULTE MARIMI NU POATE FI RESTERILIZABILA Conditii obligatorii: Produsele vor purta marcaj CE si vor fi insotite de urmatoarele documente: avizul dvs. de functionare inclusiv anexele in care sa fie trecut producatorul produsului pe care-l livrati si certificatul/declaratia de conformitate CE emis de acesta. Elementele de identificare ale produsului mentionate pe ambalaj sa fie identice cu datele mentionate in documente. Termenul minim de valabilitate/sterilitate al produsului minim 12 luni de la data livrarii.
