MEDIU I (MEDIU I CU TIOGLICOLAT) 1.Compozitie: Peptona din caseina 15.00 g/l Extract de drojdie 5.00 g/l Dextroza 5.50 g/l Clorura de sodium 2.50 g/l L-cystine 0.50 g/l Tioglicolat de sodium 0.5 g/l Resarzurina 0.001 g/l Agar 0.75g/l pH = 7.1 ± 0,2 2.Prezentare : Tub x 10 ml mediu. 3.Mod de utilizare: Pentru omogenizare flaconul cu mediu se agita , apoi continutul se repartizeaza steril.Mediul din tuburi se regenereaza (Isi dobandeste conditiile de anaerobioza )prin mentinerea eprubetelor timp de 10 min la 100 °C in “bain Marie” sau cu autoclavul deschis, apoi tuburile se racesc brusc in apa si se insamanteaza Produsul caruia i se face controlul sterilit
