Servicii lunare de asistenta si suport pentru urmatoarele module din cadrul pachetului informatic APLxPERT : - Contabilitate Bugetara - CO, - Mijloace fixe - MF; - Personal/Salarizare - SA; -Serviciile prestate sunt urmatoarele: a) Interventie remote rapida direct pe serverul beneficiarului si remedierea eventualelor disfunctionalitati. b) Interventia se face pe baza cererilor sosite prin e-mail la adresa [email protected], cu timpul de reactie de max. 2 ore de la preluarea cererii între orele 8 -17. c) linie de Suport Central(Hotline: 0269/230039) - Servicii lunare de salvare (backup) pentru aplicatiile APLxPERT.
