In urma interventiei efectuate la aparatul de radiologie model Apollo DRF din cadrul laboratorului de radiologie al spitalul dvs., specialistii PHM COMSERV prezenti la fata locului, au constatat urmatoarele piese defecte care necesita inlocuirea: Motherboard processing unit. Garantia pieselor: 6 luni de la instalare Livrare: in termen de 30 zile de la data comenzii ferme, in scris, din partea beneficiarului. Modalitate de plata: in 2 (doua) transe egale, termenul de plata al transei a doua este de maxim 60 zile de la data emiterii facturii.
