Servicii de tip abonament lunar de asistenta si suport pentru modulul Personal/Salarizare din cadrul pachetului informatic APLxPERT. Servicii aferente intervalului 01.07.2020-30.09.2020 -Serviciile prestate sunt urmatoarele: a) Interventie remote rapida direct pe serverul beneficiarului si remedierea eventualelor disfunctionalitati. b) Interventia se face pe baza cererilor sosite prin e-mail la adresa [email protected], cu timpul de reactie de max. 2 ore de la preluarea cererii între orele 8 -17. c) linie de Suport Central(Hotline: 0269/230039) Servicii de salvare a bazelor de date APLxPERT (Backup) in cloud Sobis.
