SLANETZ BARTLEY AGAR BASE, FL 500 G. FORMULA : Tryptose 20 g/l, Yeast extract 5 g/l, Dextrose 2 g/l, Potassium phosphate 4g/l, Sodium azide 0.4 g/l, Agar 12 g/l. Sa poata fi testat cu urmatoarele tulpini de referinta E. coli ATCC 25922, ENTEROCOCCUS FAECALIS ATCC 29212. Reactivul este utilizat in analiza bacteriologica a apei- detectarea si numararea enterococilor folosind metoda filtrarii prin membrana (conform SR EN ISO 7899-2/2002), SE UTILIZEAZA IMPREUNA CU TTC 1% STERILE SOLUTION.
