ASPIRATOR CHIRURGICAL FONDURILE SUNT ALOCATE DE LA MINISTERUL SANATATII. Se va incheia un Contract de furnizare. Dupa semnarea acestuia se va constitui Garantia de buna executie care va fi restituita in cel mult 14 zile de la data intocmirii proesului verbal de receptie a produselor cnf.art 42 alin.(1) din HG 395/2016. Produsele vor fi livrate cu toate documentele prevaute de legislatia in domeniu. Se vor intocmi procese verbale de receptie a produselor, de instalare si punere in functiune a produselor, de instruire personal.
