MEDIU CHAPMAN BROTH(MEDIU HIPERCLORURAT LICHID) Mannitol Salt Broth 1.Compozitie: Proteose peptone 10 g/l Beef extract 1 g/l Clorura de sodium 75 g/l D-manita 10 g/l Rosu fenol 0.025g/l 2.Prezentare : Flacon cu 250ml mediu gata de utilizare 3.Principiu si interpretare: Mediul este utilizat ca mediu selectiv de izolare a stafilococilor patogeni. Este recomandat pentru detectarea si numararea stafilococilor coagulazo-pozitivi din lapte si alte probe biologice. 4.Recomandari de pastrare: Se pastreaza in flacoane de sticla bruna la temperaturi sub 30 °C ferite de lumina 5.Valabilitate: 12 luni ptr. mediu gata preparat, in limita termenului inscris pe eticheta si in conditii corespunzatoare.
