Daca toti sporii au fost distrusi, culoarea va ramane neschimbata - mov. In caz contrar, culoarea se va schimba in galben. Prezinta indicator extern pentru confirmarea procesarii fiolei in cadrul procesului de sterilizare corespnzator. Valabilitate minim 12 luni
