Contractul de service cuprinde urmatoarele servicii: - Efectuarea de reparatii nelimitat ca numar de interventii si fara plata suplimentara. - O intretinere preventiva (revizie) a aparatelor / an de contract - Suport telefonic; - Service la distanta prin SRS (Smart Remote Services) la Somatom Emotion 16; - Emiterea de buletine de verificare, cf. tabel; - Update-uri (actualizari) software si hardware gratuite, conform specificatiilor producatorului. - Timp maxim de raspuns garantat: 2 ore telefonic / 48 ore la locatie Serviciile sunt oferite sunt oferite in timpul programului de lucru al Siemens Healthcare SRL (luni-vineri: 8:30-16.30, cu exceptia sarbatorilor legale). Plata se efectueaza in transe lunare egale. Prezenta propunere financiara este valabila 30 de zile. CONDITII CONFORM CONTRACT
