Bulion selenit acid de sodiu 1.Compozitie: selenit acid de sodiu 4 g peptona pancreatica 5 g fosfat disodic 10 g lactoza 4 g l-cistina 0,1 g pH = 7,0 ± 0,2. 2.Prezentare : Flacon cu 500 g mediu deshidratat 3.Mod de utilizare: Se dizolva 23 g mediu intr-o 1000 ml apa si se ajusteaza pH-ul la 7±0.2 si se repartizeaza in tuburi de 10 ml din solutia preparata.Mediul obtinut sa fie limpede, galben – deschis.
