Serviciile RSVTI se vor presta potrivit prevederilor Legii nr. 64/2008, cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare, Ordinului ISCIR nr. 130/2011, cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare, PT ISCIR C9/2010, PTA1/2010.
Serviciile sunt prestate de personal autorizat ISCIR ; constatarile sunt mentionate in raportul de activitate lunar.
Societatea noastra este platitoare de TVA.
