DESCRIEREA ȘI COMPOZIȚIA KITULUI: 1. Reactiv Latex D-Dimer: o suspensie de 0,83% din particule de latex acoperite cu anti-D-Dimer murin anticorp monoclonal, 10 mg / ml BSA și 0,1% azidă de sodiu. 2. Control pozitiv D-Dimer: o soluție care conține fragment D-Dimer uman purificat, 5 mg / ml BSA și 0,1% azidă de sodiu. 3. Control negativ D-dimer: o soluție tampon conținând 5 mg / ml BSA și 0,1% azidă de sodiu. 4. Tampon de diluare. CE CONTINE KITUL: D-Dimer Latex - flacoane de sticlă de 5 ml. Controalele pozitive și negative D-Dimer - flacoane de plastic de 3 ml. Tamponul de diluare D-Dimer - un flacon de sticlă de 10 ml. Conține lamelă de sticlă , bastoanele de agitare de unică folosință. Reactivii sunt stabili până la data de expirare indicată pe eticheta sticlei, atunci când sunt depozitați la frigider (2-8grade C).
