Aceasta achizitie directa tine loc de COMANDA FERMA trimisa prin fax si este aprobata spre initiere. Achizitia se poate realiza pe baza de document justificativ, respectiv factura, cf. art. 7; alin 5 din L 98/2016 si Art.43, alin 2; din HG 395/2016. Produsele/ reperele din cos sa aiba valabilitate minin 6 luni de la emiterea facturii!!!!
