Servicii de mentenanta a instalatiilor de ventilare si climatizare conform caietului de sarcini atasat. Serviciile vor consta in: 2 revizii, interventii accidentale la solicitare si schimbarea filtrelor de aer pentru 7 chillere si 7 centrale de tratare a aerului din Spitalul Clinic Judetean de Urgenta Oradea . Filtrele si piesele de schimb nu sunt incluse in pretul contractului. Garantia tehnica pentru lucrari si pentru piesele de schimb este de minim 6 luni.
