PRINCIPIUL METODEI: Testul CRP latex este un test rapid de aglutinare pe lama pentru detectia calitativa si semicantitativa a proteinei C reactive in probele de ser uman. Reactivul continand particule acoperite cu anticorpi specifici anti-proteina C reactiva umana aglutineaza in prezenta CRP din serul pacientului. CARACTERISTICILE PERFORMANTEI: Sensibilitate analitica: 6 (5-10) mg/l; Sensibilitate de diagnostic: 95,6 %; Specificitate de diagnostic: 96,2 %. Kitul contine: Continut 150 teste; CRP latex 6 ml; Control pozitiv 0,5 ml; Control negativ 0,5 ml; Card de testare 3 buc; Agitatoare Termen de valabilitate: 24 de luni.
