Prezenta EGTA in reactiv evita interferenta cu calciul. CONTINUT SI COMPOZITIE A. Reactiv 4 x 40 mL. Carbonat de sodiu 0.1 mmol/L, cianura de potasiu 7.7 mmol/L, azida de sodiu 0.95 g/L B. Reactiv 4 x 10 mL. Glicina 25 mmol/L, albastru de xidil 0.5 mmol/L, cloracetamida 2.6 g/L S. Calciu/magneziu standard 1 x 5 mL. Calciu 10 mg/dL, magneziu 2 mg/dL (0.82 mmol/L) ECHIPAMENT ADITIONAL Analizor, spectrofotometru sau fotometru cu filtru 520 +-20 nm
