Hipertensiune arterială: Captopril Terapia este indicat în tratamentul hipertensiunii arteriale esenţiale. Insuficienţă cardiacă: Captopril Terapia este indicat în tratamentul insuficienţei cardiace cronice. Infarct miocardic acut: Tratament pe termen scurt (4 săptămâni): Captopril Terapia este indicat la orice pacient stabil clinic în primele 24 de ore de la un infarct. Prevenirea pe termen lung a insuficienţei cardiace simptomatice: Captopril Terapia este indicat în cazul pacienţilor stabili clinic cu disfuncţie ventriculară stângă asimptomatică. Nefropatia diabetică din diabetul de tip I: Captopril Terapia este indicat pentru tratamentul nefropatiei diabetice macroproteinurice la pacienţii cu diabet de tip I.
