VDRL – volum 5 ml, 1 flacon control pozitiv – volum 1 ml, 1 flacon control negativ – volum 1 ml, precum și carduri de testare. - TPHA, 200 teste • Caracteristici : test de hemaglutinare indirectă pentru detecţia anticorpilor specifici anti -Treponema Pallidum în ser sau plasmă – kit de 200 teste. • Conţinutul trusei : reactiv antigen (eritrocite de pasăre sensibilizate) gata de folosire, 2 fl x 7.5 ml, reactiv control (eritrocite de pasăre nesensibilizate) gata de folosire, 2 fl x 7.5 ml, soluţie diluent gata de folosire, control negativ şi control pozitiv fl a 1 ml, gata de folosire. • În mod obligatoriu, tehnica de lucru va preciza explicit modul de efectuare a diluţiilor seriale. • Obligatoriu interpretarea rezultatelor se va explicita în text ca rezultat negativ, dubios şi pozitiv gradat. +/++/+++/++++.
