*LATEX - TPHA, Treponema Palladium Human Antibodies, ser/plasma, kit x100 teste, include: 1fl celule test, 1fl celule de control, 1fl control pozitiv, 1fl control negativ, 1fl diluant, 1placa x96godeuri cu fund rotund. ATENTIE! La primirea reactivului TPHA, pentru a evita uscarea eritrocitelor pe dopul flacoanelor, agitati flacoanele cu eritrocite - atat celulele test, cat si cele de contro - pana la omogenizarea completa. Apoi trusa se va pastra la frigider in pozitie verticala. Testul TPHA se lucreaza numai in placa cu godeuri cu fund in forma de U (ca cea furnizata impreuna cu trusa). Daca se utilizeaza placi cu godeuri cu fund plat se obtin rezultate eronate, cod C32LX1010-100 (TPHA/010)
