Clo-Ekarzin este indicat pentru atenuarea inflamaţiei şi pruritului din afecţiunile dermatologice care răspund la tratamentul cu corticosteroizi (eczemă, dermatită, lichen plan şi psoriasis), când sunt complicate cu o infecţie fungică (tinea pedis, tinea cruris, tinea corporis). Această cremă este indicată în special în stadiile exsudative (infiltrative) de boală.
