La momentul inlocuirii filtrelor este necesara prezentarea si predarea urmatoarelor documente: -proces verbal de predare si de punere in functiune -factura -certificat de garantie -declaratie de conformitate. Set filtre Hepa (2 buc) si filtru preliminar de praf pentru Hota bacteriologica cu flux laminar vertical, clasa II A, tip HFV 1200 (include deplasarea la sediul beneficiarului, manopera, reglajele si setarile corespunzatoare). Garantie filtre: 1 an dar nu mai mult de 2000 ore de utilizare a hotei.
